ChairSlot HQ covers appointment booking software for small service businesses. Below is what we commit to, and what we refuse to do. As of October 7, 2026.
| Commitment | In practice |
|---|---|
| Independence | No sponsored articles, paid guest posts or paid link placements. Advertisers and affiliate partners cannot see or shape articles. |
| Honesty about trade-offs | Each option is presented with its downside, and we say when the right answer is to buy nothing. |
| Careful numbers | Ranges with named variables. No invented statistics and no figures attributed to sources we have not read. |
| Professional boundaries | Work that requires a licensed professional is described, not taught, and we point readers to the right professional or authority. |
| Human accountability | A human editor approves everything. Software tools may assist, but never publish on their own. |
| Visible corrections | Errors are fixed on the page with a dated note. |
| Honest imagery | Original or licensed illustrations only, labelled as illustrations, with no third-party logos or identifiable private individuals. |
How we are funded
By display advertising selected automatically by third-party networks, and by affiliate links on some pages. An affiliate commission never decides a recommendation; see the Disclaimer.
